I was a professional harpist for many years but in time succumed to a repetitive movement hand injury forcing me to stop playing. I was diagnosed with chronic tendintis, had cortisone shots, hand therapy, wore a hand brace and gave years to resting my hands all to no avail.

Since I have tried everything, I thought I would post in this forum to see if any one has found a therapy or medication that improved their hand mobility. Any information is appreciated.
