If you have a noticeable temp difference in legs along with any pain, change in color (blue or pale) you need to be seen in an ER immediately. That can be a sign of an arterial clot in leg or in pelvis, which is quite serious. If you know how to take pulses in your legs and feet, diminished or absent pulse on the cold side is another sign of decreased artererial flow to the extremity. The pain will get worse with any activity like walking.
