Livedo Reticularis from sun?

Can livedo reticularis be caused from sunlight? About a month ago I started noticing a lacy red pattern on my thighs after being exposed to warm sunlight. It goes away with the hour of coming indoors. It's not painful. It's definitely under the skin, so most likely not a rash. After researching online I concluded it must be LR but what's confusing is that I've read coldness brings it on, not heat or sun. Any ideas would be most helpful. Thank you in advance!
