Unhappy my 17 year old daughter, cant find a diagnosis

My 17 year old daughter started having severe miagraines about 2 years ago..Along with those, she has hair loss, severe fatigue, severe muscle pain, and upper body weakness. She also has sleep disturbances due to the pain. All of these symptoms have gotten worse in the last year, so we went to her primary care doctor who ordered alot of blood test including an ANA which came back positive..and so we went to a rheumatologist who ran a lupus panel, cbc, muscle enzymes, esr, crp and ANA which came back positive with a 1:160 titer..i need help to try and figure out where to go from here..my baby is very active and in the band and all of these symptoms are hindering her from doing what she loves...
