My Heart is Broken
On July 18th of this year, 2009, I lost my younger sister to Leukemia. She had many other medical problems and it was a long hard fight. We never expected this to happen, but I know God had other plans. The only thing that keeps me going is that I know deep down she is all better. No more illness, no more pain. Only happiness with all the loved ones who have gone before her. We all wanted her here with us, all better and living her life, BUT we could not stand to see her in pain any longer. We had to let her go... All her friends got to say goodbye, and how wonderful is that. She was never alone. Telling a loved one its ok to go, is the hardest thing in this world to do, but the right thing to do.... I know she knows how much we all loved her, and she is watching over us, waiting for the day we will be called home. I love her so very much, and will always...always Janatee |
