First of all I'm sorry to hear about your Grandma. Yes it is Normal except that you are not actually grieving you are preparing for the loss of your Grandma as and when it will happen.
When my Father was dying of Cancer, the last three months of his life was so difficult for me as I knew he did not have much longer with us. We all grieve in different ways and yours is a preparation grief. Talk with other family members and support each other.
