Reaching out

Well, I thought I would try to help other people who have lost someone they
love. It's been 5 years since I began my search reading about what people
go through, us and the ones who leave. It's healthy to go through the
different feelings when you lose someone, we need to take the time, for
ourselves. For me, out of the grief comes a strength and a knowing that
death, however hard it is, is a doorway to another part of our lives, one that
every one of us will walk through. The ones who leave are only a little ahead
of us. Sometimes we forget how much we are loved, how awesome each one
of us are. I trust that God knows what he is doing.
