I am a 23 year old male who is thinning on top. I am asking anybody who KNOWS, but what vitamins or supplement that I could take help regrow my hair, if any? Please help you guys. Any feed back would be great!
The only two medications approved for hair loss are propecia or minoxidal ( not sure if that is spelled correctly). Don't waste your time or money using any other advertised products because they will not work. The only other option is a transplant. Most of the time hair loss is genetic unless you have something physically wrong. I have very fine hair but not balding just baby fine hair and I just try to keep it cut short and neat and it makes it look much fuller.
