| Is a tender Scalp normal on Accutane, or a sign of impending hair loss?
Hey all,
Is a tender Scalp normal on Accutane, or a sign of impending hair loss? Only on day 13 of a 20mg daily course of the drug, and my scalp is slightly itchy, and rather tender to touch. I'm using Nioxin to help prevent hair loss, so it could be that my scalp is adjusting to the change of product, but is pain in that area a sign of future accutane induced hairloss or just a normal side effect? No more hair is coming out than usual at the moment...
