You didn't say how old you are, but you might want to have your hormones checked. Also, since your diet is lacking you might try adding a multivitamin for women, some zinc, and biotin. Another thing that might be beneficial is to drink protein shakes. Hair is mostly made up of protein, so adding more would probably help.
