| hair loss spots on my head
I have one hole in my head where there is no hair, but there's all kinds of hair around it. I have recently let my hair grow out into a weird sort of afro, but for some reason there is this nasty bald spot on the left side of my head. I have struggled with anxiety and some panic attack symptoms for the past few years, so maybe that could cause these holes. And I have had a few of these holes before around my head, but they grew back for some reason.
Does anyone know of any natural treatments to making the hair grow back and preventing more holes? I don't want to take any prescribed medication or over-the-counter drugs.
