Rosedala

Hello, I'm an older female with thinning hair. Since a year or so ago I noticed a small bolding spot on top of my head, on the crown. I wonder if anyone has experienced using Rogain and/or Biotin? And/or hair transplant?:

My 2 questions:

(1) If anyone used Rogaine and/or Biotin, and if the hair grew, did it grow of the same color as your own? If not, what color? I have whitish-grey hair and am wondering...

(2) If anyone (or someone youn know) had hair transplant, did the hair taken from another side of the head match the one surrounding the bald spot?

Here more than ever I wonder how they would match it in my case since, while my hair is whitish-grey all over the top, it still remains very dark brown below from which they would be taking the hairs for the bald spot.

I don't know which would be worse - a black spot surrounded by snow, or a bald spot... LOL!
