| 20 year old male with rapid hair loss.
I am 20 years old with strawberry blond hair. My hair has allways been very fine and light. When I was 18 i noticed my hair starting to fall out around the temples and a little bit on the crown. A few months passed and it was getting worse, i was very stressed with a full time job and goint to school full time also. Around a year later my hair started to get very course and straw like, it started to darken to a brownish color starting from the lower temples in front of the ears and around the border of my hair line. The front of my hair line is the worse rapidly thinning and getting darker everyday, Ive never heard of anyones hair getting darker/thicker with thinning. Ive been to the doc and we ruled out thryoid with testing and he diagnosed anxiety. Would this cause hair loss and why is the hair getting darker and thicker then falling out? IM STUPED
