Question for LeighJ re Biotin Forte
Leigh,

How long before you see results in hair and nails with Biotin Forte. How many do you have to take a day? I have been taking 1 a day for 3-4 weeks and I have not seen results yet so I wanted to see if I am just expecting too much too soon. I was looking for stronger nails and shinier hair
