Hello, I am a 23 year old female and have lost most of my hair, I am considering getting a wig, can anyone tell me how they work? does it attach to your head somehow? does it fall off easily? any help would be appreciated, thanks

i was wondering the same thing. I have lost a lot of hair. It's mostly thinner in the front and back. I was wondering what's the dirrence from a wig and hair piences?

I have thin hair and I hide it. I have worn what they call and instant weave or a 3/4 fall also know and i have had it sewn in for almost 3 months now. Use search engines for 3/4 fall wigs. I had my sewn in but you don't have to. Hope this was helpful.

I am not sure what you mean by "sewn in", can you explain that a little more?

if it is not sewn in does the wig fall off more easily? thanks
