i've dyed my hair so many times... my hair has hideous split ends. the problem is, i really really really want to grow it out... but every time i trim it, it develops about an inch worth of frizzy ends within a week. at this rate... i'd have to trim it every 2 weeks... how often should i trim it??? i'm afriad cutting it so often will stunt the growth... yet so will the split ends!! HELP!!

Normally to keep hair healthy and free of split ends you should get a trim every 4-6 weeks. To keep frizzies at bay between trims try a really good moisturizing conditioner to use in the shower and get a good leave-in conditioner as well. Infusium does a good leave-in.

I forgot to add that Aussie does a great range of shampoos/conditioners. Try their 3 Minute Miracle intensive conditioner.

thanks.. so basiclly i should jsut trim it eveyr 4 weeks??? even if they ends split again after a week...??
