make sure your healthy vitamins and such , keep your home moist with humidifier (sp) if you have to use heat alot were your at.

after that get a natural shampoo, or nixon (beauty salon for nixon, health food store for natural)

last use a apple cider vinger rinse, oraganic is best but you can use store brand just make sure it is apple cider not the other. mix a few capfuls in bottle of water, i like using bottled water cause i assume it does not have chemicals in it. probably dont matter though. anyway pour onto hair and work into scalp, leave on for a good 10 or 15 minutes then shampoo , condition hair as usual. if your head starts to burn after you put on the ACV and continues to after about 10 seconds, then rinse sooner, the next time cut the ACV a little more with the water , till you find a level comfortable for you, this is different for everyone.
check into some essentials oils while at the health food store, i think tea tree is good for dandruff (important you have to cut this with a carrier oil like almond, grapeseed, chamoile oil first or it will burn the heck out of you, not as in wounds but just painful, only few drops is need for those oils in a 8oz bottle of the carrier oils) massage ,is wonderful for your scalp, and the oils will make even better, sounds like alot but really it is not once you get set up and it is not expensive either.
