Unhappy Very Thin Hair plz help

I unfortuatly have extremly thin hair.. It looks so bad on certian angles.. and every time i go to a salon they always give me those layers that say will help but in like a week it looks really bad... i blow dry it upside down.. and when i straighten my hair(almost every day) i krimp underneith it to make it look bigger. But because my hair is so think it doesnt stay straight very long.. because i use so many heat products my hair is now completly fryed... so now i have fryed and thin hair... i would stop blow drying and straightening it but because i got a perm a while back... it looks really bad at the bottom and its all ugly and stringy.. My hairline also starts halfway back to my head... what can i do?

hi if i were you i would give your hair treatment 2 times a week just to give back its moisture that it has lost and dont use nemore chemicals in your hair for the moment just let it grow out for a while and grow it one length to so you can add body to it and so it can look a bit more full, you could mayb have layers at the front for now till it gets a bit thicker
