Well that is not good :-(. The only thing i can tell you is you might have to buy a other kit but if there is a website on the back of the box it might tell you how to use it. Also there might be a number on the back for qustions and comments try both of them if it doesn't work then yeah you would have to buy a other kit!!!
Most people on the boards are very helpful. Could you post more information about the product? There are some experts reading this (not me though ) who might fill in the blanks if they knew the brand and the type of product, permanent color, semi-permanent, etc.
