Shaving or clipping the hairs are the only methods that should be used in betweeen laser treatments. How long is the machine going to be unavailable? How many previous treatments have you had? If this is your 2nd or 3rd treatment, it is important that you have it done within a certain time frame in order to catch the hairs in their active stage of growth. Did you prepay for a series of treatments? If not, you may want to consider going somewhere else for your next treatment if the laser is going to be down a while.
