Just a few hairs on your breast is usually genetic. If there are many, especially between the breast, it's usually a hormone imbalance. They can easily be permanently removed by a professional electrologist. Don't tweeze or wax them. There are small glands that can become infected by tweezing. It is perfectly fine to clip or shave them.
