Tender Scalp and Thinning Hair
What is the cause of a tender scalp and thinning hair in the top of the head?

I've experienced this while on certain medications before. Are you by chance taking any medications? Some other causes of hair loss include: thyroid issues, poor diet, or hormone issues. If you are not taking any meds that could be contributing to it, see your doctor and have blood work done and go from there.
