Re: Flax

If you have Flax seeds than you want to put them in a coffee grinder and sprinkle a serving 1-2 times daily over yogurt, cereal, shakes, etc.

Re: Flax

No I have the oil. I've read you can put it on your hair and eat it, does eating it really show results?

Re: Flax

There have been studies that show Flax can slow hairloss so there's definately no harm in ingesting it. Just make sure to keep the oil refrigerated.

Re: Flax

Putting things on your hair, skin, and nails actually does very little. Hair, skin and nails are nourished via your blood supply. What's going on inside your body controls what you see on the outside. Flaxseed oil added to the diet, either through capsules or the seeds or oil added to food, has many benefits for your hair, skin, heart...

Re: Flax

So will I see results on all the strands of hair on my head, or just the roots growing in?
