If you have Flax seeds than you want to put them in a coffee grinder and sprinkle a serving 1-2 times daily over yogurt, cereal, shakes, etc.

No I have the oil. I've read you can put it on your hair and eat it, does eating it really show results?

There have been studies that show Flax can slow hairloss so there's definately no harm in ingesting it. Just make sure to keep the oil refrigerated.

Is Flax /seed / oil /and flax meal one of the same, and do all have the same benefits, which I keep reading is very good for us.
