After visiting a salon and having an expert work at your hair with various products and styling implements, yes it's possible to have hair like in the commercials.
You can likely do it at home with the correct products and styling tools, but it's difficult to perfectly style your own head of hair b/c you can't see behind your head properly and it gets awkward and your hands get tangled in the blow dryer cord etc etc.
If you mean will a shampoo give you salon looking hair from a simply wash and towel dry...............i dont think so!!
