Re: hair everywhere except where I want it!!!
Owen I've always heard that when a man begins to lose the hair on his head that his body's natural testosterone, which I think is what fertilizes hair follicles, is redirected to other hair follicles over his entire body. Have you always been a hairy man? You've probably gotten hairier since you began losing the hair on your head right?
I don't share the problem of losing my head hair, but I've noticed over the years that I am getting hairier. That's how I penned my user name, Hairier Yet, in my initial post. When younger I wasn't really too hairy of a man, I only had very thick head and groin hair. Now at age 43 I have much hairier legs, a moderatley hairy chest, and for the first time in my life have been able to grow a beard that I really like.
As for a remedy to replace your head hair, the only thing I've ever heard of that works is Rogaine, a topical solution. I have heard it works, but not always the same for everyone. Some men even have used it to develop their beards.
Good luck to you.
