I didn't know if causes hair loss.
My husband suffers from psoriasis so I know how you must feel.
A couple of things we've been told to try:
1.Tar shampoos, the darker the better (Husband uses Walgreen's brand)
2.Listerine Mouthwash, rinse with it (original kind)
Also, the more scrubbing you do when you shampoo the more it loosens the dry cells of the scalp resulting in dandruff. Yet I know you want it removed; sounds like a no win situation.
I would suggest gently shampooing and try rinsing with the Listerine or something similar. There are also products to help eleviate itching and flaking. I believe scalpacin is one.
