biotin for hairloss

so whats the deal i read some posts here that says i should take 2000-5000 mcg per day but some of the bottles i found say 50 mcg and 100 i don't know maybe i haven't the right one if not and your using it can you recommand one i live in toronto. thanks

1000 mcg = 1 mg. I know you can purchase 1000 mcg tablets at Wal-Mart and take 2 or 3 of those. You can also purchase a 5000 mcg tablet there.
