Stopped using Rogaine/Propecia..now starting again

So sometime last year I decided to stop using Rogaine after a good solid year of using it, and stop taking Propecia after probably 1 1/2 years straight of taking it.

Of course, the hair that I had maintained/grew all fell out over the period of ~6 months. Now I look worse than when I started!! I know, its expected when you quit taking the Rogaine/Propecia and Im not angry, just frustrated. But my question is if I start taking Rogaine/Propecia again, will I regrow some/any/all of the hair that I lost? Or is this a one shot thing? (grow hair w/rogaine/propecia, stop treatment & lose hair- thats it?). Any chance that I can start taking rogaine and propecia again and experience the same growth that I did last time I took it?
