yellow dry scalp
Hello,

my nine month old has yellow dry areas on his scalp. I have tried everything like lotion and even tried changing his shampoo. Has anyone seen this before ? any comments will help thanks,

Could be cradle cap, or seborrheic dermatitis. Harmless, occasionally itchy, it just happens to babies sometimes. You could rub a little bit of oil (such as olive oil) onto the scalp, then wash it off 15 minutes later.

Most kids grow out of it by a year.
