Oily hair is often caused by the excessive intake ofvegetable oils, fried foods, chips and other sources of oil like nuts. Also the excessive use of simple and refined sugars contribute to oily hair. These things quickly turn into fat in the body and are discharged through your hair. The worst thing you can do is wash your hair daily, this only stimulates the production of oil. I recommend a dietary change and only wash your hair every 3 days. In between days use talcum powder to absorb the oil.
