Yes, I started using Mane & Tale a couple of months ago out of desperation, as I tried almost everything else. It has helped a whole lot. My hair is a lot fuller and it has more body . It is still very fine but looks thicker than it did. I leave a bit of the conditioner on instead of rinsing it. It states you can do this on the bottle.
