are you a vegetarian or vegan? if your vegan, esp, you should take some sort of vit b12 to avoid any deficiencies. and yes, any supplement in liquid form is def better digested and absorbed that those tablets or capsules.
oral b12 supplement cant be completely absorbed anyway when your taking a huge dose all at once because b12 needs to bind to an instrinct factor in the stomach, and theres only going to be a certain amount of them produced and if you take lots and lots of b12 well above the limit, the rest that hasnt bound to the instrinct factor won't be absorbed.
