Re: bipolar and hair troubles

Its stress. Stress can cause hair loss.
It happened to me.
You got to figure out how to control the anger or stress.
Are you on any meds or seeing a psychiatrist?
Trust me you need to control the manac behavior or your gonna lose lots of hair and it wont grow back.
Thats what happened to me.

Re: bipolar and hair troubles

I can control my manic states, i cant however control the depressive states.
But i did buy a wig and i have been wearing it for about a month now, and washing my hair with JOICO , about 17$ a bottle, and i dont blow dry it or anything just tie it up , and it has seemed to help

Im less stressed about doing my hair with the wig, and im on the road to recovery with the depression, so i hope it all comes back the way it was.

And i really appreciate your response, no one was answering lol

I take medication , and see phycrist, phycologist, and an MD
