 Has anyone tried those realistic hair pieces?
I am a male of 24 and have thinning hair (about a 3 on the Norwood scale) and I've realized that nothing...not minoxidil, not propecia, not special massages, ointments, or creams are going to work. I will silly enough to spend a lot of money on these things hoping for a 'fix' and I've come to the realization that nothing is going to work.
So I sort of expected the inevitable (thanks to my DNA) until I met one of my dad's friend who was wearing a wig. I've never considered a wig because I've always imagined the infamous scenarios where it flies off or something. Anyways I was shocked because this 'wig' looked unbelievably real and the guy even told me he swam in it.
I read more into it and the glues, tapes, etc they use are supposedly working well. Has anyone tried one of these things and if so, how was it? Is it worth the $300 every 2 months or so to replace and glue back in?
