Hi..shaving won't affect the growth at all of your arm hair. It won't make it darker, it won't make it thicker, it won't change the pattern growth.

Your arm hair would look the same as if you wouldn't have shaved it off.

Heredity and hormones will affect its growth..

Can you clarify now as to what is messed up, and why you think you should be concerned?
