can anyone recommend me any vitamins that can keep hair healthy n lustrous?

prenatal vitamins are great!! You don't have to be pg and they also make hair grow faster!!!

I got some pre-natal vitamins today in hope that my hair will grow faster...has anyone else tried this? What did you find? any tips?? how long does it take to see a difference?
