white streaks! - Hair Problems Message Board

heres my situation: i have recently seen kelly osbourne and the lead singer from the sugarcult sporting white streaks in their black hair. i have dyed my hair black about 2 months ago and now want white streaks. how do i accomplish this? do i bleach the hell out the the sections and then use a white dye like manic panics virgin snow?? were kellys extensions?

the last time i tried bleach just blonde streaks in my hair the roots were blonde and the rest turned orange...it was ****ed up.

how can i get this look??

Go to a salon and have it done. You could end up really messing this up by doing it yourself. Also, in the direction to dye, there are numbers you can call depending on the brand. For example Loreal, Clairol etc have toll free helpline numbers in the instructions. They may be able to help.
