I have been going gray since my early 20's. It runs in my family. There is nothing you can do or take that will stop the gray from growing. Personally, I think gray hair on men is totally sexy, but I have yet to see a woman on which it doesnt make her look older than she is. Yes, I have seen some very striking, beautiful gray haired women (usually in a magazine ad). But IMHO, I believe they look older than they truly are. It all boils down to personal choice. My choice has been to color my hair, despite that I have to do it religiously every 5 weeks. I have been tempted to let it go gray, but at 45 I'm definitely not ready for that. You have to do what you feel comfortable with and what makes you happy.... Embrace the gray and go with it, or cover it up, just feel good about yourself!
