You may want to go check out the Vitamins & Supplements
section. I'm sure you can find either a post from previously (do a search) or ask someone in there. Is this somehow in regards to headaches?

yes it is...I keep reading that taking an antioxident supplement daily helps with the sinus headaches. Am having a real bad one now with ALOT of dizziness. This seems to be happening about every 6 months and was looking for a solution to stop all this madness!!! Thanks for the info though!
