Hello,

I walked into a metal door frame (stupid of me, lol)
I had a bit of pain but it kind of went away and left me with just an annoying little pain. I hit the top of my head on the right side, well just between the forehead and the top of my head. I have had pains all over the right side of my head today. I have taken tablets and they work fine with the pain its just a worry.

I don't have the common signs of concussion but should I be worried?

I am going to the doctors tomorrow.

I don't think you have a thing to worry about- our skulls are hard. Pain is probably caused because you whacked one of the crainal nerves and will soon go away.
Watch for unnatural sleepiness, or auditory or visual disturbances just as a precaution.
