Unhappy Not sure what to expect...

I am going to the doctors tomorrow afternoon because of these constant headaches I can't seem to get away without having. I'm only 19y/o, and everyday I have at least 3-5 headaches a day/night. And each headache comes with a slight-somewhat higher fever... I'm a little worried as to what might be causing this. I am currently taking Paxil, Topamax, Welbutrin, Seroquil, Respirdal,Afarax, and Trazadone. I was wondering if it could be the cause of possibly the combination of the medications, but when I spoke to my psychiatrist, he said he thought it had to be more. Has anyone ever experienced anything similar to this? I'm rather concerned, and nervous about going tomorrow, and I'm not sure what to say or what to expect... Any advice, or input would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks ~tears
