I wasn't sure if it was stress related, I started up a new school semester about 2 weeks ago, and work also has me pretty stressed. I've been noticing these sporadic headaches since school started but i have a feeling they've been going on longer, i just haven't been paying attention to them before. anyone have any thoughts?
I'm not sure what causes them, but I have been getting the same type of pains above my left temple area. I get it several times throughout the day. It is very sudden in onset, but goes away within a few seconds. I would describe it as a stabbing pain. I also notice that sometimes my left eye aches along with this.
Sorry I don't have any answers for you. Hopefully someone else will have an idea on what might cause this.
