For the past two weeks I have woken up every morning with a horrable headache that usually lasts all day.
It feels like a hang-over headache or a dehydration headache I dont think that I am dehydrated because I do drink plenty of water during the day and before bed and I dont wake up thirsty. I even feel sick and out of it for while after waking up. I dont drink alcohol hardly ever I havent had any alcohol in over a month so I know thats not it.
Headaches arent new to me I usually get migrains two to three times a week if its not that than its tention headaches or just a regular headache. I havent gone a day in two years without one.
But these morning ones are just killing me. If anyone has any idea on what could be causing them I would like to know.
