Sleep and headaches? - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

...... I'm not sure, but I've found that if I go to bed later at night than normal for a few days, then I'll start to get this weird headache. It is only momentary.......... and is somewhat painful..... it can happen many many times a day, or just a few, or none at all. It can also occur anywhere in the head, but is usually around the center area. These started about 11 months ago...... about 5 months ago, I went to see the doc..... but he couldn't find anything wrong.

........could sleep be causing these, or is it just my imagination?

Any change in sleep habits will trigger my migraines, I don't know if that is what is happening to you or not. I try and keep a consistent schedule, but that isn't always possible.

My dad gets bad migraines, but I don't (yet anyway)........

it's weird.
