What type of headache am I having? - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

It's been 3 whole days and it's only on my right side. It feels like a deep, terrible ugly pain that lasts for about 10-15 seconds and comes and goes during the day. I've never had headaches that lasted 3 days in a row and the pain is very strong. It's not throbbing, but it comes out of nowhere and then goes away, then comes back.

I have no idea what kind of headache you are having but I would contact your doctor about it.

I had a similar headache myself but mine lasted for 14 days and was constantly there all over my head. It didn't ease of. It was always there. So I understand how awful you must be feeling.

Definitely contact your doctor or go to the hospital for a MRI if the pain becomes unbearable or doesn't go after using painkillers. Meanwhile try lying down in a dark room and see if this helps relive the pain somewhat.
