I have had migraines for a number of years because of various triggers and reasons. For the past couple of years I have developed osteoperosis and arthritus in my neck and back and along with it more migraines. Anybody else? It usually starts out with a constant pain at the base(back of head) and/or just above the base of me head on the right hand side. That whole side of my head is tender to the touch, even at times when there is no pain! My chiropractor says this is because my neck and back because the nerves get pinched and that causes the muscles to become sore. If I can't do anything about the pain it leads to a migraine. Have any of you experienced something like this?
