back of head - Headaches & Migraines Message Board

I have been getting head aches on the left backside of my head. The doctor said it had to do with my neck and gave me things to do to help like proper sleeping and just stretching out the neck. The headaches stoped but recently started back up.
I thought they were tension head aches but he said no becuase its just on one side. Could this be anything worst?

I have the same pain in the back of my neck sometimes. Can I suggest seeing a chiroprator. I see mine when I have these pains and he adjusts my neck and I am back to normal by the next day!

I get them alot though im getting nervous thinking its something worst. But i will check and try to set up a chiroprator for next week.

Don't be worried that it is worse. You are not alone in this. Many people have them. My chiroprator calls them headaches with ora.. Atleast try a good chiroprator and then go from there. And it may take a few visits to him, so don't give up after the first visit. I will tell you to relax while you are there it will help, and take tylenol or advil after the visit. By the next day your headache should be minimal or gone.

Get yourself a GOOD powerful vibrator/massager. It's worth the investment for anyone with that neck spasm/headache syndrome.
