Re: Could a miragrain cause.......

Hi Jesse Joe,
Those are extreme symtoms, you should get your mom into the Dr. or the ER to be check out. Migraines are not that extreme. She could have something else very serious going on. Its better to be safe than sorry.

I just reread your post. You say your mom as already seen DRs. Thats terrible. Have they ordered any tests? Even when my daughter started having migraines they ordered a Head CT scan right away. AFter that they did blood work and and MRI.

Have they run any tests on your mom?

If your dad won't do anything, what can you do?

Re: Could a miragrain cause.......

My advice is to keep trying. Keep taking her to the hospital and be forceful to the point of getting your way. Not yelling or causing a scene but knowing what you want and getting it. It's a shame that people without insurance are treated the way they are but it's the way things are ran. The hospitals want paid too and if they know they will not be getting it from you they push you out fast. Don't let them do it. Insist on them doing something. Mention your fears of a stroke to them. Keep talking until someone listens. Good luck.
