| Can you help
3 years ago I started having h/a.Not migraines.I have been to so many different Drs and they all say (don't know why you have h/a).When I lay down at night my feather pillows feel so hard. But they are soft.I wake up at night with a h/a and can't sleep anymore that night and if I stay laying down my h/a gets real bad. My h/a is always at the back of my head at the base. After I get up for 2-3 hrs it goes away but when I lay back down I get it again.I don't even want to go to sleep cause I know in a couple of hrs I'll be up with a h/a.Drs has given me all kinds of pain pills, sleeping pills, muscle relaxers,I've had ct,mri,mra,x-rays,you name it I've had it done.I am a nurse and haven't worked in 3 yrs cause of my h/a.I don't know what else I can do.I have done alot of research on nighttime headaches and its just like what I have but I can't get a Dr to help me.Do any of you know how I can get a Dr to listen to me.When I was working I could tell a Dr what was going on with a patient and have no problem getting a med for them but doing it for myself is different.
I beg you to help me out and if you find more research on nighttime h/a please let me know.I'm getting all info that I can to take to my Dr.
Thank you so much,
Janice
