You know who you are...

1. It began several months ago
2. Constant, every minute of every day
3. Dull, heavy headed feeling, pressure around forehead/sinuses
4. Pressure on top of head
5. Occasional tingling/numbess in hands and/or feet (some times)
6. Your brain feels "asleep"
7. When you try to concentrate on something complex, it gets worse
8. Sometimes objects in your vision blur together
9. The muscles in your forehead feel extremely stiff or weak
10. Usually not very painful, but EXTREMELY ANNOYING
11. Feel like you are dreaming...or high on dental nitrous 24/7

I don't know how many identical stories I've heard lately of these exact symtoms. What the he!! is going on here.

Where are you at people? Is it really a conspiracy?

I know how you feel, but not every day... every few days. it doesn't seem to matter what's going on in my life every second or third day I get one like that all day long. It's just always there being annoying, it's hard to enjoy things and forget it's there. Sometimes I feel so out of it on those days that I wake up the next day and don't even feel like the previous day happened... I've been trying to figure it out but haven't gotten far.

Also... when the mysterious headache arrives all my muscles feel weaker and tense... and in general my vision is worse when I have the headache... almost like you don't feel like you're really there, living... weird.

When I feel one coming I just pop a happy pill or spray the happy mist up my nose & I'm set to go!
